Welcome to Bruised Reed Counselling Service

Are you feeling overwhelmed, depressed or anxious? Are you struggling with a life transition or overburdened by the issues you are experiencing in your life?

There are times in life when you need more than the sympathy of family and friends, especially during life's most challenging moments.
Counselling offers therapy and recovery rather than just sympathy. It can be a tool to help recovery to wholeness and beyond.

Bruised Reed Counselling offers a confidential counselling service for anyone in need. We provide a listening ear and non-judgemental space for you to be heard. We offer counselling to all and specialise in Christian counselling.

We are here to support and help you build resilience.
